Explore our top-tier manufacturing solutions engineered for high performance, maximum uptime, and unmatched accuracy across diverse materials.
Aluminium alloys have emerged as pivotal structural components in light-weighting engineering sectors, notably electric vehicles (EVs), aerospace frames, marine hulls, and modern building structures. However, processing aluminium using thermal cutting machines presents substantial physical challenges. Aluminium's high reflectivity in the near-infrared spectrum and its high thermal conductivity require specific technological modifications. Standard lasers often suffer from damaging back-reflections or create poor cut edges marked by heavy dross.
Our specialized Aluminium Laser Cutting Machines utilize high-brightness fiber laser resonators operating at a wavelength of approximately 1.06μm. This wavelength, combined with a high-density power delivery optics system, provides energy absorption levels that melt non-ferrous metals quickly. Advanced fiber laser controllers dynamically control assist gas pressures—primarily high-purity Nitrogen (N2) or Compressed Clean Dry Air (CDA)—to eject molten aluminium from the kerf before it solidifies. This process maintains high edge quality and prevents dross accumulation.
By integrating state-of-the-art optical components, including back-reflection protection mechanisms (e.g., optical isolators), our equipment reliably processes highly reflective alloys such as AA1050, AA5052, and aerospace-grade AA7075 without risking damage to the laser engine. Combined with CNC software, companies can achieve complex geometries while reducing material waste and removing the need for secondary finishing processes.
Established in July 2004, LXSHOW owns more than 500 square meters of researching and office space, and a 32,000 square meter manufacturing factory. Over the past 18 years, our development team has focused on advanced laser technologies. We provide global clients with fiber laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, laser cleaning machines, and CNC metal bending systems.
All machines manufactured by LXSHOW have passed the European Union CE authentication, the American FDA certificate, and are certified under ISO 9001 quality management standards. Our systems are exported to the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other regions, supporting more than 20,000 users worldwide. We also provide professional OEM services for more than 30 industrial brands globally.
Aluminium fiber laser cutting systems support localized manufacturing processes worldwide. Modern fabrication hubs configure these laser systems to handle complex production tasks:
The growth of electric vehicles demands lightweight materials to increase battery ranges. High-power fiber lasers cut structural components, collision beams, and 5000/6000-series aluminium battery enclosures. These parts require precise dimensions and clean, dross-free edges for subsequent welding and assembly.
Aerospace manufacturers rely on our systems to process advanced alloys like AA7075 and AA2024. These alloys are prone to micro-cracking when cut with traditional thermal methods. Our lasers utilize optimized gas dynamics and precise beam shapes to prevent structural damage, meeting strict aerospace quality criteria.
In construction, modern facades and window frames use custom-cut architectural anodized aluminium sheets. High-speed laser cutting delivers precise, aesthetic cuts without scratching or warping the protective outer layers.
Our fiber laser systems are calibrated to process a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, delivering consistent cutting results.
Located in Jinan, the industrial center for CNC machinery in China, LXSHOW leverages a resilient and complete supply network. This proximity allows for integrated material sourcing, component design, assembly, and testing.
Our vertically integrated supply chain provides clear operational advantages:
As smart factories adopt IoT and automated systems, laser processing is moving from simple manual operation to fully automated, smart production. Our development plan focused on the next decade centers on integrating AI monitoring, high-efficiency laser beams, and green energy management.
Our Vision: Before 2040, LXSHOW aims to be recognized as a key innovator in the global laser manufacturing sector. We are designing systems that integrate directly with Industry 4.0 production environments, providing automated parameter adjustments, remote error diagnostics, and material optimization.
Exporting heavy industrial machinery globally requires compliance with safety protocols, strict manufacturing standards, and consistent after-sales support. We design and build our machines to meet international safety and environmental regulations:
All machines comply with the EU machinery directive (CE marked) and FDA regulations for safe operation of industrial Class IV laser devices.
Our service department provides remote system diagnostics via secure internet connections, troubleshooting up to 90% of software questions. For physical maintenance, our localized partner networks offer prompt on-site support and replacement parts.
