E Series Supplier & Factories

Precision Laser Cutting, Welding, & Cleaning Systems Engineered for Industry 4.0 Excellence

Global Industry & Commercial Landscape

The global manufacturing ecosystem is shifting from traditional, energy-intensive mechanical processing to high-efficiency, automated optical intelligence systems.

Industrial Upgrading Dynamics

Global metal processing centers face growing demands for faster production cycles. E-series machinery solves bottleneck issues by integrating dual exchange shuttle tables, dynamic gas optimization controllers, and advanced high-speed servo motors. This provides factories with a 30% to 50% throughput advantage compared to traditional cutting systems.

Eco-friendly & Carbon Neutrality

Global industrial regulations like the European Union Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) make energy efficiency a key priority. Our E-series machines use advanced fiber laser resonators with over 40% photoelectric conversion efficiency. This significantly reduces overall carbon footprints and factory power requirements.

Intelligent Factory Automation

Modern factories rely heavily on automated workflows. Standardized communication protocols, such as Modbus and EtherCAT, allow E-series equipment to connect directly to MES/ERP networks. This enables remote diagnostics, automated predictive maintenance, and real-time tracking of cutting efficiency.

Technical Roadmap & Future Outlook

Our long-term engineering vision is designed to keep factories and suppliers ahead of technological changes, ensuring your machinery investment remains future-proof.

Phase 1: High-Power & Multi-Chuck Evolution

Developing laser capabilities up to 40kW and building three-chuck or four-chuck pipe cutting platforms like the LX92TX series. This design helps minimize metal pipe waste during processing, cutting tailing loss to nearly zero millimeters.

Phase 2: Closed-Loop AI Cutting Algorithms

Using real-time optical sensors in the laser nozzle to adjust focus, gas flow, and traverse speed. This system monitors temperature, identifies defects, and automatically adjusts settings to prevent mistakes, saving material and energy.

Phase 3: Hybrid Material Additive & Subtractive Solutions

Integrating high-efficiency deburring, polishing, and edge-rounding directly with fiber laser cutting units. Combining machines like the LX-RR-M-800 and LHA05 creates a smooth, automated workflow from raw sheet metal to bent, finished parts.

Supply Chain Resilience & Efficiency Advantages

Our factories in China benefit from localized industrial clusters, optimizing production time and reducing costs.

1. Fully Integrated Supply Chain

Our production facilities are located within China's major optoelectronic and mechanical manufacturing clusters. This proximity allows us to source raw materials, heavy steel beds, precision guides, and optical lenses quickly and at competitive prices, reducing lead times for our customers.

2. High-Capacity Production & Testing

Our 32,000-square-meter facility features automated CNC processing centers, strict assembly lines, and testing equipment. Each machine undergoes 72 hours of continuous vibration aging and laser interferometry testing to verify structural alignment and positioning accuracy.

3. Complete Quality Assurance

We manage all manufacturing steps under strict ISO 9001 standards. From raw steel sourcing to optical testing, structural engineering, and protective packaging, every phase is recorded to maintain high quality and consistency.

Localized Application & Industrial Scenarios

Our E-series systems are built to meet the specific requirements of various international industries.

Heavy Machinery & Steel Fabrication

High-power systems like the LX3015E and LX6015FC are used to cut thick carbon and stainless steel plates, providing stable and precise cuts for building infrastructure, agricultural equipment, and heavy-duty chassis.

Automotive & Structural Components

Handheld laser welders (like the LXW series) and specialized pipe cutters (such as the LX92TX) allow automotive manufacturers to produce clean welds and precise chassis components, reducing overall processing times.

Refining, Maintenance & Derusting

The portable LXC-series laser cleaners help remove rust, oil coatings, and paint from metal parts, providing an eco-friendly surface preparation method for structural steel and machinery repair.

Precision Sheet Metal Cabinets

Combining the LHA05 flexible bending machine with sheet metal laser cutters allows manufacturers to produce precise electric cabinets, kitchenware, ventilation systems, and retail displays.

Global Support, Compliance, & Certification

We ensure our machinery meets local safety regulations and quality guidelines across all key international markets.

Regulatory Conformity

Our equipment complies with European Union safety standards (CE Mark) and United States FDA laser safety regulations (including CDHR registration). Interlocks, light barriers, and exhaust ventilation paths are standard features.

24/7 Service Support

Our international support center provides multi-language remote assistance, helping operators resolve issues quickly and keep production lines running smoothly.

On-Site Setup & Training

Technical Q&A (FAQ)

Find answers to common questions about setting up, maintaining, and operating the E-series machinery.

Q How does the dual-shuttle exchange table work?

The system features two linked cutting beds that move on a heavy-duty chain drive. While the laser is processing a metal sheet on the active table, the operator can safely load raw materials and remove finished parts on the second table. This configuration keeps the machine running continuously and minimizes downtime between cuts.

Q What is the advantage of using nitrogen or oxygen as an auxiliary gas?

The choice of gas depends on the material. Oxygen creates an exothermic reaction suitable for cutting carbon steel, which helps speed up processing but leaves a slight oxide layer. Nitrogen acts as an inert shield that prevents oxidation on stainless steel and aluminum, resulting in clean, ready-to-paint edges that do not require secondary finishing.

Q Can the portable handheld laser welder replace traditional MIG/TIG welding?

Yes. Our air-cooled and water-cooled handheld laser welders can weld metal up to 4 times faster than traditional TIG systems. The laser produces a concentrated heat zone that reduces thermal distortion, resulting in strong welds that require very little grinding or post-processing.

Q What maintenance is required for a fiber laser resonator?

Fiber laser resonators have a solid-state design with no moving internal parts, making them low-maintenance. Operators only need to clean the protective cover slide on the laser head, verify that the water chiller has clean, deionized water, and keep the rack and pinion gears free of metal dust and debris.

Q How does the deburring machine fit into the laser cutting workflow?

For parts processed by plasma or oxygen-assisted laser cutting, some slag or sharp edges can remain. Running these parts through a deburring machine (like the LX-RRS-M-450) rounds the edges, removes dross, and surfaces the metal, preparing the components for painting or assembly.

Q Are your machines compatible with standard CAD/CAM software?

Yes. The control systems (such as CypCut and CypTube) support standard vector formats, including DXF, DWG, PLT, and Gerber. Operators can import CAD files directly, apply nesting parameters to reduce material waste, and send the cutting path directly to the machine.
