Convex wedge deflection compensation system
  • A convex wedge consists of a set of convex oblique wedges with a beveled surface. Each protruding wedge is designed by finite element analysis according to the deflection curve of the slide and worktable.
  • The CNC controller system calculates the required compensation amount based on the load force. This force causes deflection and deformation of the vertical plates of the slide and table. It automatically controls the relative movement of the convex wedge to effectively compensate for deflection deformation and obtain the ideal bending workpiece.
Quick change clamping die
  • Adopt 2-V quick change clamping for bottom die to speed up setup changes.
Laser safety guards
  • Lasersafe PSC-OHS safety guard ensures direct communication between the CNC controller and the safety control module.
  • Dual beam front protection is positioned 4mm below the tip of the upper tool to protect the operator's fingers. Three regions (front, middle, and rear) of the laser can be flexibly closed to ensure complex box bending processing. The mute point is 6mm to realize efficient and safe production.
Bending support platform
  • When marked, the bending support plate can realize the function of turning over and following. The following angle and speed are calculated and controlled by the CNC controller, moving left and right along the linear guide.
  • Adjust the height up and down by hand; front and rear can also be adjusted manually to suit different bottom die openings.
  • Support platform can be brush or stainless steel tube. According to the workpiece size, choose between two supports linkage movement or separate movement.
