The system utilizes a convex wedge structure designed via finite element analysis, reflecting the precise deflection curve of the slide and worktable. The CNC controller calculates the real-time deflection of the vertical plates under loading force, and automatically moves the wedges to achieve compensation and ensure absolute straightness across the bending profile.
Includes a 2-V quick change clamping design dedicated to the bottom die configuration.
Lasersafe PSC-OHS Guard: Integrates direct communication between the CNC controller and the safety control module. Dual protection beams are focused 4mm below the top tool tip to prevent hand injury. Three independent laser regions (front, center, and back) can be configured selectively for box bending processing, with a speed transition mute point of 6mm.
Follower Bending Support Platform: Automatically adjusts the following angle and tracking speed calculated directly by the CNC controller. Equipped with linear guides for smooth lateral positioning. Adjust height manually to fit different bottom die openings. Available with brush or stainless steel support pipes.
