Our flagships optimized for high-yield metal fabrication, heavy industry construction, and engineering networks across Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka is undergoing a strategic structural transition, positioning itself as a central logistics, maritime, and industrial hub in South Asia. With massive infrastructure initiatives such as the Colombo Port City Development, Western Province Megapolis project, and Hambantota Industrial Zone, the demand for precision structural steel fabrication has hit unprecedented heights. Traditional mechanical punching, manual cutting, and low-efficiency plasma technologies no longer satisfy the rapid delivery schedules and precision tolerances required by modern international engineering standards.
The manufacturing sector in Sri Lanka—spanning tea machinery manufacturing, boat building, agricultural implements, structural civil engineering, and electrical cabinet enclosure fabrication—demands high-versatility CNC cutting setups. Historically, factories had to maintain separate equipment lines for sheet metal and structural pipe profiling. The DHT Series integrated sheet & tube fiber laser cutters overcome this barrier, offering a multi-functional system that saves up to 50% on factory floor footprint, reduces capital expenditure, and significantly lowers energy consumption—a vital advantage given Sri Lanka's electricity tariff landscape.
A globally recognized laser technology leader certified to European CE, American FDA, and ISO 9001 standards.
Established in July 2004, our company has evolved into a global leader in intelligent laser processing equipment. With over 500 square meters of dedicated R&D facilities and a state-of-the-art 32,000 square meter factory floor, we ensure that every machine delivered to Sri Lanka is engineered for long-term mechanical reliability.
Our comprehensive production process conforms to ISO 9001 quality management. Every machine frame goes through a structural stress-relief tempering treatment at 600°C to guarantee deformation-free operation for over 20 years. Supported by our professional communication and design center, we help Sri Lankan fabricators implement Industry 4.0 paradigms, building smart, automated future plants.
Furthermore, our global experience spans supplies to the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. We also serve as an OEM supplier for over 30 leading international brands, showcasing our high engineering standards and technological capability.
How the international steel processing ecosystem is changing, and its impact on Sri Lanka.
Global manufacturing has shifted away from plasma and CO2 lasers due to high gas costs, slow cutting speeds, and massive electrical bills. Fiber lasers deliver up to 300% faster processing on thin/medium sheets, zero maintenance mirrors, and drastically lower operational costs.
Modern architectural structures and automotive frameworks combine flat sheets with hollow structural sections (HSS). Utilizing an integrated machine like the DHT series eliminates secondary transport handling, cuts structural tooling steps, and prevents dimensional inaccuracies.
With fluctuations in global raw steel imports affecting Colombo port shipping costs, reducing scrap rate is key. Advanced nesting software optimizes layout patterns for sheets and pipes, pushing raw material usage rates beyond 92% to protect local fabricators' margins.
Engineered to process highly reflective and dense metals without back-reflection damage, supporting Sri Lankan manufacturers' operational needs.
Our DHT Series fiber laser cutting systems serve several major industrial sectors across the country:
Beyond laser cutting: We offer a complete metal processing line, from preparation to finish, for factories in Sri Lanka.
Our systems apply protective metallurgical coatings to industrial parts, helping Sri Lankan factories extend the life of high-wear components like turbines and shafts.
Eco-friendly, chemical-free rust and oxide removal for shipyards, restoration projects, and production maintenance lines across Sri Lanka.
Compact, portable, and automated systems engineered for job-shop operations, construction sites, and manufacturing plants.
High-precision pulse systems designed for delicate mold maintenance and complex joint-welding applications without causing thermal damage.
Our handheld systems replace TIG and MIG welders, offering faster processing speed and clean joints on steel, aluminum, and brass.
Electro-hydraulic servo press brakes and shearing machinery engineered for structural metal workshops across Sri Lanka.
The DHT Series is engineered to combine sheet metal cutting and tube processing capabilities into a single, high-efficiency system, saving both investment and floor space.
Our DHT Series frames undergo a strict thermal treatment process. The welded bed is heated to 600°C and slowly cooled in an annealing furnace to relieve internal stresses. It is then machined using a 5-axis gantry milling center. This process guarantees high structural alignment, maintaining tolerances within ±0.02mm over decades of heavy service.
The structural gantry is constructed from aerospace-grade extruded aluminum alloy. This provides a lightweight design that allows for accelerations up to 1.2G, without compromising precision or causing structural distortion when processing heavy workpieces.
The tube processing module features dual pneumatic self-centering chucks. These provide consistent clamping pressure across square, round, oval, and channel profiles, preventing thin-walled pipes from deforming. Supported by a dynamic material support roller system, the machine processes heavy tubes up to 6 meters in length without rotational sag.
