Deploying state-of-the-art sheet metal processing units. Our flagship hardware systems support extreme thickness cutting, micro-machining tolerances, and automated material handling.
Unlike standard carbon steel, which utilizes an exothermic reaction with oxygen to assist the cutting process, stainless steel (SS) requires fusion cutting (inert gas cutting). This methodology relies solely on the intense thermal concentration of a CNC fiber laser beam to melt the metal matrix, while a high-pressure jet of nitrogen (N2) or argon (Ar) is coaxial with the beam to eject molten metal from the kerf.
By using nitrogen as an assist gas, we achieve a strictly oxide-free, clean edge profile. This prevents chromium carbide precipitation, which can otherwise trigger intergranular corrosion near the cut edge. For high-volume OEM orders, our machines carefully calibrate nitrogen pressure and nozzle centering to maintain extreme geometric consistency and eliminate dross formation on the lower surface of the cut.
Different crystalline structures of stainless steel grades influence thermal conductivity, absorption coefficients, and cut speeds:
Founded in July 2004, our production ecosystem has evolved into a global leader in laser smart equipment manufacturing. By implementing Industry 4.0 protocols, we provide end-to-end transparency, robust quality control, and rapid volume scaling for clients across more than 150 countries.
Every piece of CNC laser cutting machinery, laser cleaning hardware, and metal press brake running in our facilities passes strict quality audits. We maintain absolute compliance with European Union CE authentication, United States FDA certification, and ISO 9001 quality management protocols. Over our 18+ years of dedicated service, we have successfully developed OEM products for more than 30 major industrial equipment manufacturers globally.
Our research and design team occupies over 500 square meters of specialized office space. Here, we conduct laser mechanics simulation, structural load modeling for heavy-duty gantry components, and specialized software testing to ensure that our products meet the demanding conditions of global industrial settings.

Our CNC fiber laser units process various metal profiles, alloys, and formats with optimized focal depths and cutting speeds:
Before 2040, we aim to be a key innovator in the laser systems domain. Our technology roadmap focuses on three main developments:
As industrial processing shifts toward thicker structural components, we are engineering 60kW to 100kW fiber laser units. These high-power machines will cut through thick stainless steel and non-ferrous plates without compromising accuracy, helping manufacturers replace traditional, slower cutting methods.
Future CNC laser setups will feature real-time sensing. By monitoring the cut area via high-speed cameras, our upcoming systems will adjust focus, gas pressure, and speed on the fly. This prevents cutting errors, reduces gas consumption, and protects components from thermal fatigue.
By connecting cutting, bending, and cleaning machines directly to cloud-based MES software, we build automated, responsive fabrication lines. Real-time data sharing keeps raw material handling aligned with actual production demand, minimizing storage costs and scrap rates.
B2B machinery sourcing requires consistent, long-term support. We maintain localized technical networks to keep down-time to a minimum:

We address common technical inquiries from procurement officers, QA managers, and structural engineers regarding OEM laser fabrication.
Nitrogen acts as an inert assist gas that expels the molten metal without reacting with the stainless steel. This prevents oxidation and maintains the chromium content along the cut edge, which is essential for preserving corrosion resistance and avoiding secondary cleaning before welding.
Our CNC fiber laser cutting systems deliver repeat positioning accuracy down to ±0.02 mm and structural cutting tolerances within ±0.05 mm. This high precision reduces alignment issues in downstream manufacturing processes.
We use integrated ERP/MES systems that assign unique tracking barcodes to each raw metal sheet. This allows us to track material chemistry certifications (e.g., mill test reports) and machine parameters throughout the entire manufacturing process.
Yes. We offer fully customized OEM configurations. This includes modifying machine beds, selecting laser sources (e.g., IPG, Raycus, Max), and adapting internal transformer circuits to meet local power grids (e.g., 220V 3-phase, 380V, 480V) and safety regulations.
