A unique constant temperature bed stress relief annealing process is used: each time the temperature rises by one degree, it is kept constant to guarantee the entire bed reaches the same temperature before the next stage. After the multi-stage heating process, the bed is cooled with the furnace to eliminate residual stress, stabilizing the bed size and shape to prevent deformation over the life cycle.
The machine realizes fully automatic feeding. Raw materials only need to be hoisted into the storage rack in batches to achieve the complete process: automatic loading → automatic feeding → automatic cutting → automatic blanking. Square, round, and elliptical pipes can all be fully loaded automatically with fast loading speed and high loading accuracy.
The pneumatic chuck adopts a double-sided clamping mechanism, which increases the support points of the pipe during the cutting process and improves overall cutting accuracy.
