Engineered for cutting-edge metallic fabrication including copper, brass, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
Deploying Industry 4.0 integrated fabrication setups for over 20,000 users in 150+ countries worldwide.
Established in July 2004, our organization has transitioned from a localized sheet metal workshop into a global powerhouse for laser smart equipment design. We operate more than 500 square meters of specialized R&D labs and office space, alongside our main 32,000 square meters modern manufacturing plant. Every machinery component and structural sheet process conforms strictly to international safety standards, backed by the European Union CE authentication, American FDA certificate, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Our operational philosophy focuses heavily on the integration of smart fabrication centers, enabling manufacturers worldwide to optimize their supply chain. As an OEM laser cut brass sheet manufacturer, we supply tailored components and OEM fabrication services for over 30 leading industrial system integrators across the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Overcoming back-reflection, micro-cracking, and dross formation during brass sheet fabrication.
Brass (composed of Copper and Zinc) has high thermal conductivity and low absorption rates for traditional CO2 lasers. Our 1.06µm Fiber Lasers bypass reflectivity barriers, ensuring clean cuts with minimal thermal dissipation.
Deploying high-purity Nitrogen (N2) at high pressure creates a clean, oxidation-free cut edge. For thicker sheets, oxygen assistance accelerates the cutting cycle using an exothermic reaction, while keeping kerf width minimal.
To prevent optical damage to the resonator, our smart fiber laser machines incorporate advanced optical isolators and real-time reflection sensors, allowing safe, continuous processing of reflective brass and copper alloys.
How changing regulatory frameworks, green energy demands, and automated supply chains drive brass sheet optimization.
The global shift toward electric vehicles (EVs), localized battery systems, and smart grids has triggered an unprecedented demand for precision brass and copper conductive plates. Our global buyers continuously source OEM cut brass sheets for use as busbars, complex terminal blocks, and custom grounding elements where reliability and accurate electrical properties are critical.
Modern luxury developments and premium consumer electronics depend on aesthetic brass paneling and trims. Laser cutting presents significant advantages over mechanical punching by minimizing mechanical stress, preventing edge deformation, and permitting intricate design layouts without structural defects.
Industrial procurement departments now prioritize manufacturers who offer end-to-end processing. A single partner capable of handling laser cutting, precision deburring, CNC press brake forming, and surface cleaning minimizes transport logistics, reduces lead times, and maintains a clean chain of custody for certified materials.
Integrating laser cutting, forming, cleaning, and welding into a single Industry 4.0 production ecosystem.
Production of busbars, electrical connections, and distribution panels utilizing ultra-precise tolerance controls (+/- 0.03mm) on CNC laser systems.
Forming heat-sink fins, custom brackets, and EMI shielding housings where certification traceability and material properties are monitored.
Intricately patterned screens, brand signage, and architectural cladding. Backed by our smart deburring machines for ready-to-assemble finishes.
Supplying heavy-duty structural washers, shims, wear strips, and components for machinery manufacturers in over 120 countries.
Securing long-term stability and compliance parameters for international corporate partners.
Our operations are fully compliant with ISO 9001 standards. Every laser and press brake system is certified under European Union CE regulations and US FDA specifications, guaranteeing compliance with local import and safety guidelines.
We source alloy sheets from certified steel and non-ferrous mills. Mill test reports (MTR) detailing chemical and physical properties are cataloged for strict tracking throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Backed by a dedicated communications and technical support center, our field application engineers provide seamless integration support, installation troubleshooting, and routine updates for all delivered systems.
Strategic development plan for autonomous factory lines, AI-powered nesting, and laser optimization.
Deploying machine learning models to dynamically calculate pathing and kerf offsets for brass sheets, reducing material waste by up to 14% on complex geometries.
Connecting high-power fiber laser cutting machines directly with robotic press brakes and autonomous deburring units via open industrial communication protocols.
Introducing beam-shaping optical elements to adjust energy distribution across reflective metal sheets in real time, eliminating post-cut cleaning stages.
Technical information regarding brass laser cutting processes, material standards, and OEM options.
Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, which makes it highly reflective to infrared light and thermally conductive. When cutting with older CO2 lasers, the light energy is reflected back into the optics rather than absorbed. Our state-of-the-art fiber lasers use a 1.06µm wavelength, which is absorbed more easily by non-ferrous metals, preventing damage to the resonator and ensuring a cleaner cut.
For sheets under 5mm, Nitrogen (N2) is preferred because it prevents oxidation on the cut edges, resulting in a clean, bright finish that requires no secondary processing. For thicker brass plates, Oxygen (O2) can be used to speed up the process through exothermic reaction, though this leaves a thin oxide layer that may require post-process cleaning.
We offer complete OEM fabrication services, including custom nesting layouts, precision forming via WE67K CNC bending machines, deburring, and surface finishing. Additionally, we provide custom-branded components and structural parts for over 30 global equipment brands.
All our manufacturing processes and sheet metal equipment are certified to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Our machines carry European CE certificates and US FDA compliance certifications, meeting strict safety guidelines for import into global markets.
