The Metropolitan Area of Lisbon—encompassing vital industrial clusters in Setúbal, Palmela, and Vila Franca de Xira—is undergoing a rapid technological migration. Transitioning away from carbon-intensive, high-deformation legacy welding technologies (MIG/TIG), the regional metalomecânica sector demands systems that ensure structural integrity, minimal thermo-mechanical distortion, and low processing cycle times.
With major automotive production centers (such as the AutoEuropa cluster in Palmela) and aerospace components supply chains in nearby Alverca do Ribatejo, local manufacturers require high-precision fiber laser systems. Our customized solutions fit seamlessly into these high-uptime workflows, delivering automated welding capabilities with low operational overhead.
How our technological innovations translate into tangible bottom-line benefits for European operators.
By focusing energy on a highly concentrated spot size, our fiber lasers reduce thermal heat transfer. This prevents warping, discoloration, and structural compromises on thin-gauge stainless steel and structural aluminum profiles.
Our systems feature advanced wobble controllers that dynamic-steer the laser beam up to 5mm width. This compensates for part fit-up variations, providing clean, structural welds on uneven sheet metal and complex tube seams.
Pre-programmed process curves for copper, galvanized steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloys allow inexperienced operators to deliver class-A certified welds within hours of training. Reducing high labor costs in Portugal.
Our laser technology serves a diverse range of sectors, boosting throughput and lowering post-processing costs.
Our lasers are optimized to weld high-reflective, high-strength, and standard alloy sheets with deep penetration profiles.
Established in July 2004, our research and office footprint spans over 500 square meters, backed by a massive 32,000 square meter factory designed for assembly optimization. Our products are exported to over 150 countries, including strict regulatory regions in North America and the European Union.
All fabrication machinery conforms to European Union CE directives, American FDA certificates, and is produced in ISO 9001 certified assembly complexes. We also provide scalable OEM services for over 30 global brands, showcasing our adaptability and robust engineering capability.

By bypassing multiple layers of European distribution, Lisbon-based sheet metal processors can achieve up to a 35% reduction in total investment cost. Our global export division handles all transport logistics directly to the Port of Lisbon (Porto de Lisboa) or cargo terminals at Humberto Delgado Airport.
Our strategic manufacturing base in Jinan, China, integrates raw component manufacturing, optical assembly, software programming, and mechanical frame milling under one single factory. This minimizes quality fluctuations and offers custom configurations, providing a highly reliable supply chain for our Portuguese clients.
Expert insights on process optimization, safety standards, and logistical deployment to Portugal.
Our industrial fiber laser welding systems are built for the standard European electrical grid (3-phase 380V/400V ±10%, 50Hz). The control systems operate on 24V DC logic to ensure safety. The machines are delivered pre-wired with standard electrical harnesses and EU-compliant safety interlocks. We also provide native support for standard shielding gases (Argon and Nitrogen) readily available from European suppliers like Air Liquide or Linde in Lisbon.
Materials like brass, copper, and aluminum are highly reflective at the 1080nm wavelength of standard fiber lasers. To solve this, our 2000W and 3000W models incorporate anti-reflection optical isolators. This prevents back-reflection from damaging the laser resonator. Additionally, using a wobble weld head allows the laser beam to melt the surface instantly, initiating keyhole absorption and ensuring smooth, structural joints.
All machines shipped to the European Union are CE-certified, complying with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, and Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 2014/30/EU. In addition, the systems adhere to EN 60825-1 safety standards for laser products. We supply safety laser goggles rated for 1080nm OD 6+ and safety doors for automated configurations.
We offer comprehensive online video walkthroughs, detailed manual sets in Portuguese and English, and remote commissioning sessions. For factory-wide automation upgrades, our engineers can be dispatched to Lisbon, Setúbal, and Porto for on-site installation, mechanical leveling, optical alignment, and safety validation training.
Ocean freight from Qingdao or Shanghai to the Port of Lisbon typically takes 35 to 45 days. We provide all customs documents, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and CE Conformity Declarations. Local customs clearance is handled by our import partners or your designated customs broker at the Port of Lisbon.
